The agreement between you and Intellumia Pte. Ltd. ("Intellumia", "we") for using Anthrie.
Anthrie is a personal assistant that reads the sources you connect, keeps track of your commitments, prepares messages and actions for you, and carries out the ones you approve or have delegated. It is provided for your personal and professional use, and you must be 18 or older.
You authorise Anthrie to access the accounts and device data you connect, for the purposes described in the Privacy policy. Only connect accounts you are entitled to use, and follow the terms of those services. You can disconnect any source at any time. Where you use Anthrie to record meetings or conversations, you are responsible for any notice or consent the law requires; Anthrie helps by posting or showing a notice.
Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide Anthrie to you, as set out in the Privacy policy. We never sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Do not use Anthrie to break the law, to harass or deceive anyone, to access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Anthrie uses AI models to understand and draft. They can be wrong. Anthrie shows you what it intends before anything that commits you, and it is built to ask when unsure — but you should review what it prepares, especially where money, law, health or your reputation are involved. Anthrie is not a lawyer, accountant, doctor or financial adviser.
Anthrie is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and the terms in the app before you are ever charged, and you can choose not to continue.
We may improve or change Anthrie. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect you. We aim for Anthrie to be available around the clock but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You can stop using Anthrie and close your account at any time; we then erase your Anthrie data as the Privacy policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
Anthrie is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not promise that Anthrie will be error-free, uninterrupted or that it will catch everything that matters to you.
To the extent the law allows, Intellumia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Anthrie, including from any action you approved or delegated. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to Anthrie in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and S$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify Intellumia against claims by third parties arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of Anthrie, including connecting accounts or recording conversations you were not entitled to.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore, without affecting any rights you have under the law where you live.
