Anthrie is a trading name of Intellumia Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("Anthrie", "we"). This notice explains how we handle personal data on this website and inside client engagements. It is written against Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, since our clients are in India.

This website

This site is a static page. It has no contact forms, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect personal data from visitors through it.

Every contact route on the site opens your own mail client with a message pre-written. Nothing is sent to us, and nothing is recorded, unless you choose to send it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser information, for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.

If you contact us

We receive whatever you choose to include: usually your name, email address, company and the content of your message. We use it to reply, to assess fit, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We retain it for as long as that purpose lasts or as long as the law requires, whichever is longer.

Client engagement data

A diagnostic involves interviews and a walkthrough of your systems, so we necessarily see business information and some personal data belonging to your people. Our standing rules:

• Client-supplied material never enters our code repositories.
• It is held in an encrypted, per-client store, separate from everything else, and deleted on request.
• We act on your instructions for that data. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, you are the data fiduciary and we are your processor.
• Our master services agreement carries the data-protection terms, including the approved list of tools used on an engagement. Those terms govern if anything here conflicts with them.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Where an engagement moves to build, a specialist delivery partner may need access to defined systems. That happens only under a written agreement, only on the scope you approve, and only after we have told you who they are.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to its use. Write to sundeep@anthrie.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and, where a statutory period applies, inside it.
